Job Title: Facility HVAC Specialist

Salary Range: $35.00 - $47.00 hourly; plus bonus eligibility

Summary: To maintain, design, install and monitor all facility HVAC and air compressor equipment and services consistent with local codes and practices to support West Coast Club Operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain, design, install, and monitor all facility HVAC equipment for several multiple facilities.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility related dust collection equipment and fume collection equipment.

Maintain, trouble shoot and repair all facility related air compressor systems.

Fabricate specialty equipment to support golf club operations.

Various facility related tasks.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Must have and maintain a current and good standing CSLB C-20 license.

5 years industrial HVAC contractor including new installation.

Must pass all Health Services testing requirements for this position.

Performance, attendance, and disciplinary history will be taken into consideration for all applicants.

Knowledge of ventilation ducting design and measurement devices.

Trouble shooting skills for AC and DC circuits, power supplies, AC and DC motors and drives, air compressors, air driers, air storage, PLC function, communication, working knowledge of performing machine troubleshooting.

Knowledge and use of analog and digital electrical test equipment.

Must be able to read standard electrical diagrams, ladder diagrams, logic schematics, PLC programs and other related technical documentation.

Must have general knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, plumbing, utilities, distribution systems and controls.

Must understand and be familiar with standard machine, panel, facility electricity distribution, wiring, electrical load factors and be familiar with the national electric code.

Ability to use computer-based monitoring /control devices in maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems. Must work well within a team and have effective communication skills.
